Margaret C. Valois, Esq.

Margaret is an experienced attorney who has succesfully handled hundreds of bankruptcy cases in Virginia.  She is a graduate of Virginia's prestigious Mary Washington College and one of only a very few licensed attorneys who have completed the rigorous Law Reader program of the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners.  In addition to her bankruptcy practice, Margaret has experience in domestic relations and personal injury cases, and in estate planning.

Margaret is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Lynchburg Bar Association.  She is admitted to practice in all of the state courts of Virginia, including all of the Circuit Courts, the Virginia Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of Virginia.  She has been admitted to practice before the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts of both the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia.
